These terms cover your use of the Snippets website (snippets.lumo-studios.com). Please read them — they're written to be clear, not to hide anything. By using the site you agree to what's written here.

This is a pre-launch site

Right now Snippets is in pre-launch. No products are for sale. The purpose of this site is to share information about what's coming and to collect waitlist sign-ups from people who'd like to be first to know when kits are available. Joining the waitlist is free, optional, and doesn't commit you to anything.

Using this site fairly

You agree to use this site for its intended purpose and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any form on the site.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers, or any connected services.
• Use any automated tool to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Impersonate Snippets or any other person or entity.

Intellectual property

The Snippets name, wordmark, illustrations, product designs, copy, and all other original content on this site are owned by Snippets and protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

Nothing on this site grants you a license to use Snippets' intellectual property except as needed to view the site in your browser in the ordinary way.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist you give us your email address so we can contact you when kits are available. We'll send you a confirmation when you sign up and an email when the first kit launches — including the early-maker discount we've promised. Future purchases and payment

When kits go on sale, the purchase flow will redirect you to a hosted checkout operated by a trusted, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or Shopify). Your card details are entered on their platform — they never pass through our servers. The terms governing your purchase, including pricing, shipping, returns, and cancellation, will be published on this site before the first kit ships and will form a separate agreement at the time of purchase. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content. Product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change before launch.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snippets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which, in this pre-launch period, is zero).

Third-party links

We may link to third-party websites (for example, our payment processor or social platforms). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies; we're not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law
