Never. Every Snippets kit is hand-sewn — no machine, no foot pedal, nothing to plug in. Just you, a needle, waxed thread, and a kit where the hard parts are already done. Hand-sewing on the couch is the calm, satisfying part; it’s the whole point.
That’s exactly who we made this for. Everything comes prepped — the panels are cut, the strap is ready-made, and the stitch holes are already marked — so all that’s left is the relaxing part: pulling the thread through, stitch by stitch. The illustrated guide assumes you know nothing and walks every step. Most people finish their first one in an afternoon and feel genuinely proud of it.
You really can’t get it wrong, because the fiddly parts are done for you.
